Matthew Boyne, Principal
A former naval aviator, current pilot with a major airline and program manager, Matthew has vast experience in process redesign, value stream initiatives and lean manufacturing. Working within the military and aerospace industry, Mathew has developed logistical support programs for major weapons systems and initiated lean manufacturing projects within major aircraft overhaul facilities.  He has extensive organizational training experience in the public and private sector functioning as the Chief Training Pilot for the United States Navy’s F/A-18 fighter force.
